Forbes published its annual ranking of the top Startup employers and we are proud to share that Influ2 earned a spot on this year’s list!

The Forbes America’s Best Startup Employer list highlights organizations that build dynamic, engaging workplaces, with analysis of each company based on three key criteria:

  • Reputation as an employer (Social Listening)
  • Employee satisfaction
  • Growth

What unites Influ2ers is a passion for what we are building. Many startups are driven by this early on, but very few survive the politics, bureaucracy, or the isolation inherent in remote work while maintaining that drive. I am proud that our team has retained this spirit throughout our journey of almost a decade.

Dmitri Lisitski, CEO and co-founder, Influ2

B2B has always been about people. But for years, B2B marketing treated accounts like the buyers.

At Influ2, we firmly believe that ABM starts with people. When marketers can engage the real people behind an account, something shifts.

  • Engagement is no longer a guessing game
  • The content is more relevant
  • Conversations between sellers and buyers are more impactful.

The whole buying experience gets better for everyone involved.

It’s not just positioning. We run Influ2 on Influ2. That means we feel the impact ourselves—and we also see firsthand where we can improve. It’s part of how we do our own jobs.

We’re now more than 100 Influ2ers working across multiple time zones. While the company is headquartered in the U.S., most of us experience Influ2 as a remote-first team.

On any given day, you might join a call with someone dialing in from Chicago, someone in Kyiv wrapping up their afternoon, and someone in Santa Barbara just starting their morning. That overlap is simply part of how we work.

The remote culture at Influ2 isn’t about convenience—it’s about trust. You’re trusted to manage your schedule, focus on what matters, and take ownership of your work.

Some teammates start early. Some prefer evenings. Some travel for a few weeks while staying fully engaged. What matters is that the work moves forward and commitments are met.

Connection doesn’t maintain itself, so we’re intentional about it through regular team syncs, cross-functional working sessions, and in-person time when possible. You have space to work independently, but you’re not left to figure things out alone. The culture here is built on autonomy and accountability: you’re expected to think for yourself and move things forward, not wait for perfect instructions. We call that “founder mode.”

We asked a few of our teammates to reflect on what they like about working at Influ2. Here’s what they had to say:

Influ2 gives me the space to operate like an entrepreneur while being part of a strong team. I’m accountable for my number, supported by experienced leaders, and equipped with the right tools to win, all while selling a technology that’s genuinely changing how B2B companies go to market. It’s a sweet spot for people who value ambition and freedom in equal measure.

Anastasia Gaidai, Account Executive

The people and culture at Influ2 are unlike anywhere I’ve worked before. My team genuinely makes me excited to show up every day.

Alexa Yudina, Senior Customer Success Manager

I love what I do at Influ2—focusing on what truly matters for the business rather than producing legalese for its own sake. Flexible hours and a fully remote culture make it easier to balance great work with actually living life.

Anton Yaremenko, Senior Legal Counsel

Joining Influ2 was a bet on a simple idea: B2B happens between humans, not 'accounts' - so why doesn't the tech reflect that? Eight years in, I've seen every generation of this team, each new wave makes me feel like the slowest person in the room. These people are annoyingly brilliant. The relationships between the ones building and selling this product are just as strong as the ones we help our customers create. Forbes America's Best Startup Employers? Proud moment. But mostly just fuel for these maniacs to change the market even faster.

Den Kozlov, SVP of Strategy

Influ2 is incredibly thoughtful about who they bring onto the team, and it shows. You're always surrounded by people who genuinely elevate the work. That intentionality creates a culture where leaders trust you to own your role and thrive in it.

Susannah Cregor, Customer Success Manager

Influ2 is always looking for great people to be part of the team, and we are currently hiring. Check out open roles at Influ2 here.
