Manage a Portfolio of Key B2B Clients: Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction with Influ2's digital advertising platform. Conduct Comprehensive Onboarding and Training: Lead detailed onboarding sessions and platform walkthroughs, demonstrating features and guiding clients on optimizing campaign performance and usage. Foster Strong Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities. Data-Driven Client Success: Regularly analyze client campaign performance metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates to meetings booked/opened opportunities, and ROI) to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for optimization. Custom Reporting and Data Insights: Utilize Google Data Studio, BigQuery, and other tools to create customized, actionable insights and dashboards for clients, providing regular performance reports and updates. Automate and Streamline Processes: Leverage Salesforce, HubSpot, and workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier) to streamline client’s usage of Influ2 within their Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations tool stack and to streamline routine client management tasks, reporting, and communication. Gather Client Feedback for Continuous Improvement: Conduct client interviews, feedback sessions, and regular check-ins to gather insights, improve satisfaction, and share relevant feedback with product and engineering teams to enhance platform features. Ensure Compliance with Data Privacy Regulations: Implement data security best practices and ensure adherence to GDPR and CCPA regulations, maintaining high standards of data confidentiality and client privacy. May telecommute from the continental U.S.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field required. 2 years of previous experience as Customer Success Manager or in a similar role, for B2B digital products or advertising, including experience with GDPR, Google Data Studio, and BigQuery required.

Salary: $150,000/year
