Welcome, everyone, and thank you for joining. We’re excited to kick off today’s webinar. My name is Barbara, and I lead the customer marketing team here at Influ2. I’m joined by Tim from our product team, and Sasha, a longtime client who’s been working with Influ2 for about four years at Paddle.

Start with a clear goal. When building your cohort, ask yourself: “What action do I want to driveˮ, is it booking meetings, pipeline acceleration, or upsell?
Target full buying groups. Combine role, seniority, and department to ensure full buying groups see
your message including decision-makers, champions, and influencers.
Segment beyond the basics. Donʼt just segment by job title—layer in behavior like sales outreach, or deal stage to make your outreach smarter and more relevant.
